I thought I should just e-mail you to say how well Mario and Brian carried out our packing/collection yesterday.

They were excellent, very good, very present in their manor and very nice to talk to.

They came as you said at just before 1:00pm but did not leave until just after 10:00 pm and did not stop working in all of that time.
